Private club chill-out terrace

How many times are we on a bar terrace with our trusted friends and we are having a private conversation and it bothers us or even generates problems that someone just by being at the next table hears our conversation.

Well, the idea is to create an open space (a large estate next to the city where the tables are 30 meters apart from each other would be needed). Terraces are more fashionable than ever with the high temperatures lately in Spain and also because of breathing fresh air or not being exposed to viruses. Well, a club like that would have demand for business or intimate conversations. It can be chill-out tables with outdoor sofas and umbrellas and gardens throughout the enclosure, a bar counter to serve drinks and a golf cart to take them to the tables between paths and gardens, since it is an estate you can put a pool in the middle and taking advantage of so much space do concerts at night, a large parking lot for cars and above all privacy and exquisite taste should prevail.

An estate of between 20,000 and 50,000 square meters on the outskirts of the city would be needed.
