The idea is to issue an independent certificate to the review that a used vehicle sales business can do to give the buyer confidence that the vehicle they are buying is in good condition.

Generally, vehicle buying/selling companies put in their ads information about the pre-sale review, for example \"reviewed in more than 70 points\", but that review is done by them in their own workshop and if there were an independent body to any vehicle sales company that certifies with a review and its corresponding seal that that vehicle is in optimal condition it would be excellent for both the buyer and the seller because it would give a guarantee prior to purchase.

This business could only be developed by a multinational company of car workshops since for said certification to be taken seriously and the review to be done in any city it would have to be a company with workshops in at least most European cities.

This would be a new line of business.

Any vehicle sales company should take the car to the company's nearest workshop, review it and get the seal. Private sellers could also do it to be able to sell the car more easily.

The service could be charged for about \u20ac200/\u20ac300.

On the other hand this would have to be managed with the European vehicle sales classifieds pages so that they add in the ad fields if the vehicle has the independent seal of certification of optimal vehicle conditions.

This seal could offer detailed information on the status of the vehicle calculating for example in how many km wheels, oil, distribution, ect should be changed

Also information if the vehicle has many km.. what breakdowns are expected and within how many km, such as changing turbo or gearbox but this is going further.
