Multinational deep-frozen prepared dishes

11/29/2024Developed by: Wetaca, CookUnity (2015)

The idea is to create a company that collects typical prepared dishes from all countries of the world deep-frozen and sells them online internationally.

We know that you have to travel to know the typical gastronomy of each country but with this business model as far as possible you can make typical dishes of each country reach your customers as if they were in the country itself.

The format would be in disposable tuppers.

Air and road transport frozen.

You have to find partners in each country that can be restaurants that prepare the dishes massively and send them to the company's headquarters already frozen.

From the headquarters they are distributed all over the world in portions.

You give the consumer the option to try typical dishes from each country without traveling.

Meats, fish and vegetables that can only be consumed if you visit that country.

Different ways of cooking.

And all without moving from their apartment.

Isn't it extraordinary?

The challenge in this business is to cover the gastronomy of all countries of the world or as much as possible.

For this you would have to do a very strong and well-organized recruitment work of restaurants in each country.

You have to pay for the goods in advance but the costs in many of the countries are very cheap since the dishes can cost €3.

The finishing touch to the idea is that you can associate with the most prestigious restaurants (which does not mean the most expensive) but if they have successful dishes from each country or region.

How many times have we seen on TV the typical restaurant of each country and our mouths water with that shredded meat sandwich from that city in Texas but we know that we will never try it because we are not going to travel there?

Well the solution is this company.

You have to sell through a website with each dish well promoted with a video and an explanation in all languages.

And a frozen transport system in which you can reach every corner in a short time and without losing the cold chain.

Maybe customers at the beginning have to be in the US and Europe and suppliers all over the world.

I don't think costs are very expensive because in Asia, South America and Africa a dish can cost €1

However in Europe and USA you can sell it for €30

You have to organize a collection transport in each country by different restaurants until filling a frozen container and sending to the central.

The summary a good list of the best and most typical of each country, a good distribution warehouse and an effective frozen transport and distribution system taking care of the quality of the product.

With all this success is guaranteed since if you ask on TV what they want the prize money for 90% is to travel.
