Improvement for Youtube in podcast broadcasting

This is a suggestion for Youtube 

When you watch a podcast at some point in the interview that can last more than 2 hours in many cases, with some phrase or at some point in the interview you want to make a comment about that phrase.

The problem is that YouTube comments are registered by antiquity and in a list and almost no one can know that that comment referred to a specific phrase of the podcast.

Well, the idea of improvement is that while you are watching the video, comments pinned at that moment appear from below on the podcast screen.

You are watching the podcast and continuously the most relevant comments (with more likes) appear in each minute or part of the podcast.

This is a way for viewers to interact with the podcast itself in a better way as well as increasing YouTube users because this is a more gratifying experience of using it since you have the possibility of giving your opinion in a more visible way and also the rest of users can see different opinions in addition to the protagonist of the podcast in real time.

From my point of view it is a much better way to view videos and interact with them..

Comments can appear pop-up as subtitles.

So while you watch and listen to the podcast you see opinions of other users about that moment of the podcast as well as being very relevant comments.

In addition to podcasts this model can serve for every YouTube video.
