App I'm here, you?

The idea is to create a messaging app that serves to connect people physically not virtually. I explain myself :

You download the app that works by your location, access to your contacts and phone number. Once the app is downloaded and all permissions accepted just like in Google Maps the app recognizes all the places where you usually are or go from time to time. So you mark the locations like your home, your work, your gym, the bar where you usually go, your town etc. In this way you are pointing out these places as where you are available for other contacts of yours such as a bar or those that you are not available such as work.

This in usual places or that you mark 

If for example you are in a bar that you are not usually and a friend of yours (one of your contacts) is close the app alone sends a message to both of you to warn you that you are close and so you can continue chatting to meet or not whatever you prefer.

In the app you can rate contacts by priority when it comes to getting these notices or better yet, you must introduce your contacts that you want the app to notify you when they are close. You can also block contacts so that your location does not reach them. As in WhatsApp states the app can put if you wish the places where you are at each moment and other user friends of yours can get a notice if they have been previously there so that they can recommend things about that place.

All app functions could be activated or deactivated if the user wishes so.

Functions :

States (where you are at each moment)

Add friends (add or remove friends you want your proximity notices to reach)

Friends nearby (warning messages that you are nearby)

Chat (messaging chat)

Groups of friends by location (you can create groups of friends in which all members see the permanent location of the group members

Historical locations of your friends list for recommendations (notices that a friend is in a place you have been before or vice versa to start a recommendation chat)

Topics (add topics in which you are expert or what you know how to dedicate well and offer your knowledge to : 

friends 

contacts

people from my city 

 people from my region 

people from my country . 

Depending on the opening you make in the app in relation to what people can find the topics in which you are expert they can search for you from the app to ask for advice or order a job and they will look for you by the keywords of your topics.

The more topics you publish in which you are expert the more jobs can come out. For example you can publish: 

Word expert 

Web page creation expert 

Advocacy 

Welder 

Mason

And the people of the app to whom you have given access to search for your topics can write to you to order a job (contacts, friends, people from your city etc.)

You decide how broad the offer in which you offer to advise on your topics. It can also be a way to do extra jobs.

Activate deactivate your location.

This type of technology is already offered by Facebook and Instagram but it should be offered by WhatsApp and add only the people from your contact list with whom you want to relate physically because on Facebook the majority has excessive friends and they are not people with whom you want to relate habitually.
