Anti-Oxygen Airbag to Prevent Fires in Car Batteries and Other Electric Vehicles

With the short experience there is in electric vehicles and their respective batteries, what is known and what generates the greatest risk is a possible battery fire almost impossible to extinguish by firefighters and that in the event that it burns in a community garage the material damage can be tremendous.

For this, a possible engineering solution has occurred to me.

Car batteries and their respective cars must be designed with a kind of airbag that, at the moment a fire is detected in the battery, this fireproof airbag covers the entire battery as if it were vacuum packed to annul the oxygen in the deflagration and thus extinguish the battery fire.

As you can see in this news a fire in an electric car can be catastrophic both materially and humanly and that is why this safety system for batteries will be a lifesaver and a solution to the dreaded problem of electric vehicle fires.
